Terms of use

Last updated 15 August 2026. These terms cover the public website and waitlist at waterhaul.ca. Water Haul is in development. This is not a paid-subscription agreement. Have a lawyer review it before you treat it as a customer contract.

The site

You may browse the marketing pages, watch the demo, join the waitlist, and send a contact message. Fleet login, dispatch, accounting, and the customer portal are for authorized accounts only. Do not attempt to access another fleet’s data.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not reserve pricing, a start date, or a licence. We may email you about availability if you consented under CASL. A contact-form message is a question, not waitlist consent. You can opt out of waitlist mail by emailing info@waterhaul.ca.

The product

Features shown in the demo may change. There is no service-level agreement, uptime promise, or refund policy until we publish paid terms. Do not use the software as your only record for a regulated haul until you have a signed customer agreement.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, flooding, or bypassing login or payment flows.
• No uploading malware or other people’s personal information.
• No using the service to send commercial electronic messages without CASL consent.

Liability

The website and demo are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by Alberta law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this pre-release site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
